Tulloch rises above Lehntinen (LAST FLIGHT BEFORE CHANGE STARTS)

Tulloch surges passed Le Berre earlier this afternoon

Genny Tulloch surfed over the line at 2:24 p.m. with little water between her transom and the Finnish.

There are currently two breakdown considerations and we are still waiting to start the final flight before the change.

The breeze is topping 16 knots and it is just spectacular sailing. Hard to be waitng around as the sailors are wearing only spandex and tank tops, the waiting must be chilly. Some are testing settings to stay warm.
